🙀 Cat Food Accountability: Some of the Rest of the Story

Reading Time: A Longer Missive (64.8 seconds, give or take)

Since so many of you had comments and questions about Ms. Cat Food, we'll talk about winning your day before breakfast tomorrow.

But first, let me Paul Harvey "the rest of the story."

So she loses the 30 pounds and she is looking and feeling pretty fierce.

Long story short, she'd put on weight after the former Mr. Cat Food dumped her for his secretary. #socliche

Now, I may have made it sound like that can of cat food was magical, and it kinda was. But that wasn't her only strategy. She also started working out with a trainer, implemented a meditation practice, and even feng shui'd her house.

It's probably no surprise that by the time she went to the reunion, she was feeling some kind of way. Confident. Accomplished. Like she could really have her new life and be happy. She was right, she could!

Of course she had a great time at the reunion and here's the best part: she reconnected with her HS boyfriend, they got married six months later, and have lived happily ever (after) since. That was about 20 years ago. Time flies when you're having fun!

My fun friend in NYC asked, "But did she keep it [the weight] off?" 🤣 The answer is yes, because ... well, you'll have to come back after tomorrow to hear why (because I've already delayed my intended topic by a day).

Tomorrow, we win! See you then,

P.S. Part of what she did was read my book Vision to Reality (the original, inferior version), and make losing her 30 lbs. one of her Top 3 goals. Get your copy here. And of course, I'll continue the story on Friday.

Reading Time: Postcard (less than 30 seconds) Steve asked a great question, "Do I need to make every single change to see results [with Feng Shui]?" The answer is, unequivocally, no. You don't need to hire a Feng Shui consultant. You don't need to "Marie Kondo" your entire house. You just need to look at your environment with fresh eyes and ask: "How does my space feel and is it helping me become who I want to be?" If the answer is yes, leave it be! And if the answer is no? Change it, one...

Reading Time: Postcard (less than 30 seconds) Did you know: Your environment is making decisions for you whether you realize it or not. There are dozens of micro-decisions you will make today based on the previous major and micro decisions you've made. If you're like me, when there are cookies in the house, you'll eat them. (Sure I can put them in the freezer "for the future" but the future is in about 20 minutes...) If my workout clothes aren't laid out the night before and ready to go, I...

Reading Time: Postcard (25 seconds) Yesterday I shared that Ms. Cat Food and I were Feng Shui practitioners--and boy did y'all love this idea. I promised to share some fun and effective actions you can take. Before I share them, let me say that everything is energy and if you have a problem, there's a good chance you've got some congestion. What you need is circulation, and Feng Shui is a circulation catalyst. Here's what she did, what I did, and what you can do: 1. Declutter everything. Get...
