Finish 2025 Strong, Crush Your Goals in 2026! (Part II)

The next step in my year-end evaluation process is, after looking at my numbers, is to ask myself some serious reflection questions.

Here are a few from this year:

  • How did I really do? (Did I do my best or did I phone anything in?)
  • How could I have done better?
  • If I had the year to do over again, what would I change?
  • What did I do great?
  • What were my top 50 wins.

You might go, "50!" Wow, HC, that's a lot. Here's the thing: I would have a hard time if I wrote 5 or 50, so I write 50. I am constantly training my brain to look for the good--the wins--because I want more of them.

Take some time to answer these questions and a few others you cook up for yourself.
