It's been a fantastic week, but man, does December fly by!

Here's where I'm at, and where, my fellow empire builder, I'd like you to be too:

• I've got my Top 4 BHAGs set for next year,
• I've got my month-by-month plan to achieve them, and
• I've got my first 100-day plan in writing (First Monday in January, January 5th through April 15, 2026.)

I've also got my Six Daily Actions identified (those are spelled out in Vision to Reality), and I've made my decision.

Let's talk about making a decision, but first, a definition to help:

Decision [dih-sizh-uhn] noun The act or process of deciding; deciding; determination; the act of or need for making up one's mind

When you decide something, you cut off all other options.

I've made my decision to focus on achieving my goals, regardless of the economy, my age, or any other challenges, until.

Until what, you might ask? Until I achieve them, or it's December 31, 2026 and I have not. Who's gonna win? This gal.

I'm taking full (no, radical) responsibility for my outcomes, which starts with choosing how I invest my time, and what I do or don't do.

There's more, but setting goals and making the decision to commit to achieve them, full stop, is the beginning.
