A question worth asking this time of year

Reading Time: <47 seconds

As each year winds down, I always find myself reflecting on the past few years. This year is no exception.

I'm contemplating just what kept me "so busy" (was I actually productive?) and what actually moved me forward in my empire-building pursuit.

(This is an annual practice I highly recommend, by the way.)

I look at what I created, including what compounded (and what didn't).

What I'd do again -- and what I surely would not.

What I need to start doing, stop doing, look to create, and agree it's time to let go.

I was in the midst of that process recently and found myself revisiting the Empire Builders Summit videos.

I wasn't thinking about it as a product or to “run a promotion.”

Just rewatching who I had the honor of chatting with about their empires, lessons learned, advice to give and share.

And you know what? (Surprise!) There are some really good conversations in there!

The Empire Builders Summit wasn’t a motivational event.

Those interviews aren't rah-rah, sis-boom-bah type of experiences full of only feel-good fluff and empty inspiration.

They consist of real conversations with people who’ve built businesses, platforms, and authority over time. People who have built their empires, that I know well, who shared their wisdom, knowledge, and experience.

They are awesome experts like:

Rory Vaden talking about positioning and uniqueness—how to stand out without being louder
Rachel Richards (a.k.a. "Money Honey") sharing how she thinks about income streams that don’t require constant effort
Nick Nanton on credibility, authority, and building assets that compound
• Plus more than to dozen other incredible individuals. We had practical discussions about books, platforms, leverage, and long-term thinking

Not one includes “do this one trick.” There aren't any "tactics-of-the-week." Every interview includes grounded strategy from people who’ve already taken the long road—so you don’t have to.

As I was listening, I realized something: You may not have had the chance to experience this. And this kind of thinking helps you get where you’re going faster.

🤓 You recognize sooner what’s worth pursuing.
🤓 You avoid costly (avoidable!) detours.
🤓 You can build momentum without burning yourself out (read: an empire you own that doesn't own you!).

So for the next 36 hours, I’m opening up access to the full Empire Builders Summit recordings for $47 (normally $297).

Here’s the link, and be sure to use coupon code: EMPIRE2026

This is the kind of content you don’t rush through. You savor it, take notes, pause when inspiration strikes, review again and again.

You'll want to watch it, then come back to it—each time with more context and better questions.

And, if you do already have access to these recordings, here's your cue to revisit them!

See you tomorrow,

Honorée Corder.
Author. Executive Book Producer.

P.S. This is a true 36-hour window. After that, the recordings return to full price.

Reading Time: 21 seconds The holiday break is, blessedly, almost here. We're taking Mrs. Claus (Byron's mom) on a pre-Christmas vacation and it's going to be so fun! Now, for most people, it'll be a blur of Netflix, leftovers, and "I'll figure it out in January." But you are not most people! You're looking for ways to accelerate your growth and build your empire and you want to use this downtime strategically so 2026 doesn't just happen to you. These are exactly why I wrote Tall Order! I...

Reading Time: 33.33 seconds 🤩 Thanks for all of the lovely book birthday wishes for Tall Order! Organize Your Life and Double Your Success in Half the Time -- y'all are so cool! I woke up at 2:30 a.m. this morning and wondered, "Is it time to get up yet?" Yes, I'm that person, excited and ready for the day to begin. If you're anything like me (maybe not the 2:30 a.m. part, and to be transparent, I didn't actually get up until 4:30 a.m.), you're always looking for ways to accelerate your...

Reading Time: <32 seconds 🥳 It's a book birthday! Ten years ago today, the 10th Anniversary of my first book, Tall Order! Organize Your Life and Double Your Success in Half the Time was published. When I wrote that original Tall Order! (at Mark Victor Hansen's urging), I thought it would be my one and only book. I legit had zero idea it would become the first of many books (or that I'd get the "book writing fever"), or even that my readers would still be telling me two decades later, "This...
