You Don't Need More Time (You Need This Instead)

🤩 Thanks for all of the lovely book birthday wishes for Tall Order! Organize Your Life and Double Your Success in Half the Time -- y'all are so cool!

I woke up at 2:30 a.m. this morning and wondered, "Is it time to get up yet?" Yes, I'm that person, excited and ready for the day to begin.

If you're anything like me (maybe not the 2:30 a.m. part, and to be transparent, I didn't actually get up until 4:30 a.m.), you're always looking for ways to accelerate your growth: a book, a podcast, or a strategy that actually makes a difference and moves the needle.

Of course I want accelerated growth all the time (obvi), but the breakthroughs rarely come when I'm buried in the daily grind. They come when I've created space to think, plan, and invest in myself.

Part of my work mantra is: no evenings, weekends, or holidays. Let's take a moment to talk about holidays.

What makes every (this!) holiday season so valuable is that while the world slows down, you have a window (and it might just be a few hours) to get quiet, step back, and create a crystal clear picture of what you want. Right now, it's time to think about what you want to achieve in 2026. It's also a great time to build your plan to make it happen.

Tall Order! was designed for exactly this type of strategery. 🤓 Inside, you'll discover:

  • How to craft a vision so clear your subconscious works on it while you sleep
  • The 100-Day Rule (why everything you do today shows up as results in about three months)
  • Two "time-multiplier" strategies that can double your output without adding hours
  • Why your inner circle might be your biggest obstacle, and what to do to fix it

No motivation fluffernutter nonsense here (nobody's got time for that!). It's all ready-to-use framework. And it's been working for me for two and a half decades. (I'm (ahem) experienced, remember?)

You've got a real opportunity over the next couple of weeks to use your downtime wisely.

Invest a few hours now so you can hit January, ready and already running at a comfortable, intentional pace: 👉 https://amzn.to/3YybOwZ

More tomorrow!

P.S. For you eagle-eyed editors out there, you caught my mistake yesterday...I said you could read the book in two minutes. I meant hours. Oops! Everybody needs an editor--including me! Thanks for reading!

Reading Time: 21 seconds The holiday break is, blessedly, almost here. We're taking Mrs. Claus (Byron's mom) on a pre-Christmas vacation and it's going to be so fun! Now, for most people, it'll be a blur of Netflix, leftovers, and "I'll figure it out in January." But you are not most people! You're looking for ways to accelerate your growth and build your empire and you want to use this downtime strategically so 2026 doesn't just happen to you. These are exactly why I wrote Tall Order! I...

Reading Time: <32 seconds 🥳 It's a book birthday! Ten years ago today, the 10th Anniversary of my first book, Tall Order! Organize Your Life and Double Your Success in Half the Time was published. When I wrote that original Tall Order! (at Mark Victor Hansen's urging), I thought it would be my one and only book. I legit had zero idea it would become the first of many books (or that I'd get the "book writing fever"), or even that my readers would still be telling me two decades later, "This...

Reading Time: <18 seconds I know AI and CRMs are all the rage, but I'm more of a visual person. More than 20 years ago I created a tool I still use to this day, the 12x12 Matrix. (Hear me out, sometimes analog and visual works wonders!) It helps me see who is in my network and the next time I need to check in, follow-up, or reach out to them. If you've never heard of it and you want to be a more efficient, effective networker, here's a little of the skinny: You identify 11 complementary...
