🪄 Ms. Cat Food's Secret Weapon

Reading Time: Postcard (<40 seconds)

So I've chatted about having an accountability system (avoiding fat and any other types of shaming) and the importance of making an identity shift to make long-lasting change.

But there's one more piece of her success story I haven't shared with you quite yet.

And it's a piece people can tend to overlook when trying to make changes that last. It's something I was lucky to find more than 20 years ago myself. Now if you would have told logical me that it would've made such a drastic change (read: improvement), I would've thought you'd lost a few of your marbles.

Fortunately, curious me has experienced enough of the "impossible" to remain open to the "improbable."

What we both did (separately, of course) was incorporate Feng Shui into our lives. Said another way, we redesigned our environments and it worked like a charm.

Before you roll your eyes, I'll tell you that (a) what I'm going to share with you over the next few days is actually much more practical and logical than you might think and (b) If you're new, don't go off and unsubscribe because I am, as always, going to spill the tea that works.

What we both discovered is the ancient (time-tested) Chinese practice of arranging your physical environment to support your goals and wellbeing. She went all in because she fell in love with the idea. I discovered it because a friend asked me to host a workshop in my home because she had a conflict.

The Feng Shui instructor offered to point out some opportunities I had in my home to "Feng Shui" it and I (being the star student I am, obvi) checked every box on the list.

This is the part you'll like: In the following six months, with not a thought about it, my income tripled and I met the man who refers to himself sometimes as Mr. Honoree Corder. Now I've probably got your attention. I sure hope so.

Tomorrow I'm going to share a bit of what we actually did. Spoiler alert—it isn't complicated and it's fun! And I don't have a method to sell you, in case you're wondering. (Plus I always remember you're here because you want a prosperous, flourishing [book] empire and everything I share is an aspect of getting you there.)

Reply and let me know: Have you Feng Shui'd ever or do you now?

See you tomorrow,

Reading Time: Postcard (less than 30 seconds) Did you know: Your environment is making decisions for you whether you realize it or not. There are dozens of micro-decisions you will make today based on the previous major and micro decisions you've made. If you're like me, when there are cookies in the house, you'll eat them. (Sure I can put them in the freezer "for the future" but the future is in about 20 minutes...) If my workout clothes aren't laid out the night before and ready to go, I...

Reading Time: Postcard (25 seconds) Yesterday I shared that Ms. Cat Food and I were Feng Shui practitioners--and boy did y'all love this idea. I promised to share some fun and effective actions you can take. Before I share them, let me say that everything is energy and if you have a problem, there's a good chance you've got some congestion. What you need is circulation, and Feng Shui is a circulation catalyst. Here's what she did, what I did, and what you can do: 1. Declutter everything. Get...

Reading Time: <2 minutes (Two-page handwritten letter) My inbox was on fire yesterday--thank you to everyone who got the point and sent support. It took me almost two hours to answer everyone's emails--amazing!! It's a good thing it was monthly admin day at Honoree Enterprises HQ! Okay, so where were we? Ah yes. Ms. Cat Food—the woman who came face-to-face with a can of Fancy Feast and won! ...and she's kept it off for 20 years. 20! Let's pause here, because this is where most weight loss...
