What if you didn't have to write your book after all?

We've covered the DIY path and talked about three of the resources I have (there are more, I'll talk about them soon). But maybe along the way, you've realized that you don't actually want to write your book yourself.

There's a side of my business I don't talk about a lot here. For those who want to delegate the entire process, while they focus on the business at hand, I have a bespoke book publishing option.

They had the expertise, the desire to share it, and the business acumen to know that their time was better spent doing what they do best.

Like Phil Whitebloom, who had decades of business wisdom but not the bandwidth to spend another year writing and publishing his book.

Like Jeff Robinson, whose expertise was invaluable but writing a book just wasn't his thing. (And that's okay—it's not everyone's thing.)

They chose the bespoke book production path. Their books will continue to be game-changers for their businesses (you can check them out by clicking on their names and seeing their books).

Here's how it works:

Phase 1: Strategy. We get crystal clear on the job of your book—what makes you unique, who needs to know about you and your expertise, and exactly what you want this book to do for you and your business.

Phase 2: Content Extraction. Through structured interviews (on Zoom, easy peasy), we extract your expertise. You talk. We capture everything. No writing required on your end.

Phase 3: Professional Writing. A skilled ghostwriter transforms your knowledge into compelling, professionally written chapters. In your voice. With your expertise. Just (and I mean this in the most respectful way) better than you would've written it yourself. (That's their superpower.)

Phase 4: Full Production

  • Crafting & Strategy (making sure the content actually works)
  • Line editing (making every sentence shine)
  • Proofreading (catching those pesky typos)
  • Custom cover design (no stock templates here)
  • Professional interior formatting (fully custom inside as well)
  • Publishing logistics (ISBNs, distribution, all that fun stuff)
  • Launch strategy (so people actually know your book exists)
  • Full marketing asset library (a book in motion means money in motion)

The result?

You automagically go from "I should write a book" to "I'm a published author" with a professionally produced book that positions you as the authority in your field. (Without writing a single word yourself.)

The timeline? Typically 6-12 months from concept to published book.

The investment? This is a fully-bespoke (think: premium, white-glove) service. Typically $45,000-$100,000+ depending on the scope of your book and what you need. Some books are shorter and require a lower investment, some books are longer and require more of an investment.

The ROI? My authors report:

  • Six-figure business growth
  • Premium speaking engagements ($15K-$50K per event)
  • High-value client acquisition (clients who found them through the book)
  • Industry authority positioning (being the go-to expert)

Consider this: if you can recoup your investment in 3-5 client engagements, this is an option we should talk about for you and your business.

Want to explore this option? Read more here, and you can reply with "Bespoke" so we can have an in-depth about this option.

Prefer to write it yourself? Start here:

Tomorrow I'll help you figure out which path is right for you. (Hint: there's no wrong answer.) See you then!

P.S. A professionally ghostwritten book is still your book with your expertise, voice, your business impact. Just written by someone who's really, really good at writing. Think of it like hiring a CFO—you wouldn't do your own taxes just because you (thought you) could, right?

Reading time: < 26 seconds It's been a big week! First, an update on Shadow--we're keeping him on three meds to try to shrink the tumor before a follow-up next week. 🐕 We've also been busy this week, solving the world's book writing challenges by providing: (1) The book (the blueprint) and (2) The journal (the planning tool). But sometimes we need--or want--more. So for those of you who have been eyeing the course, let's talk about it. Perhaps you might have been thinking, Okay, I get the...

Reading time: < 26 seconds So you got the blueprint (Write Your First Nonfiction Book), right? (I mean, if you want to write your book and don't want to stress out about it, now's the time!) Speaking of now, let's talk about how proper planning pays plenty. :) What I've seen, working with hundreds of aspiring authors, is that some people can read about the 8-chapter formula and just start writing. Look-choose-move. They see the structure and off they go. Let's face it, those people are...

Reading time: < 30 seconds Yesterday I talked about the overwhelm that stops smart people from writing their books. Today, I want to catalyze those same smart people (you, you might be amongst the people!). Step One: Get the blueprint. Write Your First Nonfiction Book is legit your roadmap here. It's not pure inspiration (although obvi I've included some of that). I don't work from theory or guesstimations. You know, just a battle-tested step-by-step formula you can rest your hat on. Here's...
