Welcome back to the Weekly Book Business Brief—your weekly shot of strategy, tools, and real talk for authors building a book-based business.

This week's brief is extra brief because I've got some things I'm working on and I'll be honest and totally vulnerable here: I'm over my limit. The water level is two inches above my nostrils and I'm gasping for air.

No need to send in a team, I've got this. But what I can't do today is write any more than this:

When you need a break, take it. When you need to put your head down and finish something, do that. Everything else can wait.

I'll be back next week to talk about my battle-tested way to accelerate results and minimize or eliminate mistakes, stress, and failures.
