My very favorite multi-six-figure income stream: Masterminds!

If you're not super new, you'll remember last week I hosted the Empire Builders Mastermind (EBM) for our mid-year meeting. We ate, laughed, and yes, we strategized.

Founded quite by accident in 2019 and now in its seventh year, EBM is one of my two very favorite income streams.

As someone who has been a participant in all kinds of masterminds (from 2-3 day weekends to full year participation), I've seen firsthand that people will pay extraordinary amounts to be in a room with the right people, guided by the right expert. That expert could be you!

EBM is now limited to 8 members who spend a year (or several) with me implementing strategies from my books. (If you're interested in learning more, go here. As of now, there are just 2 spots available for the Class of 2026.)

Why a mastermind is a great income stream:

  • It it a high-touch, high-value, low-volume business model
  • You create deep relationships with ideal clients
  • You can charge premium pricing for exclusive access
  • Done well, it will provide a recurring annual income

If you have one, your book is your qualification. It proves you can solve problems and get results.

I've stuck to a simple structure, which you can adopt or adapt:

  • Monthly virtual meetings
  • Two in-person fully-hosted gatherings
  • A closed, tight community encourages true masterminding
  • Direct access to you (I provide a private calendar link, plus text, phone & Voxer access)

My goal for the empire builders in my group is to get a 10x ROI on their investment. I get to work with amazing people on their biggest goals--it is truly the best!
